Unit Description: This 3 star vacation home has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. This Orlando vacation home has a private pool that can be heated upon request (fee applies). On the first floor is the half bathroom, the kitchen which has a breakfast nook, the living room which features a television, DVD player and sleeper sofa. On the second floor you will find a sitting area, the master bedroom which features a queen size bed and television, the second bedroom has a full size bed and the third bedroom has two twins.
All of our vacation rentals are within 20 miles of Walt Disney World. The rental property features a washer, dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the utilities needed during your stay. Towels and linens are located within the rental villa. All of our vacation rentals are self-catering, daily maid service is available upon request (fee applies).

You guys are great !! Very Flexiale No hassle at all !! I have stayed with american Vacation Homes 2 time while visiting Orlando FL. Homes are Beautiful and Clean. My only complaint is that I wish the Heater for the pool was included !! I was not able to go in the pool because it was so cold and the pool heat is an additional charge =/ but other then that I will gladly keep staying with american Vacation Homes for all my trips =) Thanks for a great experience
very good expirience. the house was big and it had a paying area. a pool and lots of rooms. i have already recommended this company.
This vacation house was wonderful. All the comforts of home are available. The pool area was great, clean and loved by my kids. The house had everything we needed, cookware, utensils, and more than enough space. I helped my sister book a room there later and she aso loved it. The check in and out process is very easy. The location wasn't really in the center of things like I perferred but for the price and value I recieved I don't think I'll ever book with anyone else. Also the customer service we recieved at the check in and out was above my expectations. This is the third company I have rented from and I will be sure to rent from them the next time.
