Step I - Choose from one of our Orlando villas, town homes, or vacation homes. With our online tools you will be able to check for availability, compare vacation home rentals and see photos of the rental properties. In addition, in our community map you will be able to see how far your vacation home is located in relation to other Disney vacation rentals, Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Aquatica, Wet N’ Wild, and other Orlando area attractions.
Step II – Secure your Disney vacation home by reserving online or calling our reservations dept. at 1-800-901-8688. At this time you will be asked to make a non-refundable one night rental deposit, which will be applied to your all star vacation.
Step III - We will setup an easy payment plan that suits your needs, and your reservation will not have to be paid in full until 30 days prior to your arrival. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payments. There are no hidden fees, or credit card charges, no large deposit up front and best of all no interest charges.

The Easy Flexible Payment Plan is available to all guests. There is no fee or charge for the Easy Flexible Payment Plan, provided payments are made as agreed, save as defined below for default or as listed and shown on the payment plan agreement. The Easy Flexible Payment Plan can be combined with any other current offer. Guests can choose to make equally weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payments by credit card, Pay Pal, or wire transfer to pay equal payments to the remaining balance of their reservation between the booking date and the arrival date. Guests are required to complete, sign and return the Easy Flexible Payment Plan agreement form that is sent with the combined booking confirmation after the reservation is made and deposit paid. Guests choosing to pay by credit card must have a credit card on which the expiry date occurs after the date of arrival. Complete payment must be received 30 days prior to stay at the reserved accommodation. Funds for payment must be available on the due date agreed. Failure to make complete payment of all due fees by the due date will result in refusal by the company to provide any accommodation, and will result in a penalty retention of 25% of the total charges due or retention of paid amount (whichever is the lesser amount).
Bookings made within 60 days of the arrival must be paid with weekly installments. Bookings made above 60 days prior to the arrival date can make a payment plan of either weekly, bi-weekly or monthly payments.
A $30 administration fee will be levied against the deposit paid for each and any payments returned unpaid due to non-sufficient-funds or charges declined by the credit card company. In the event that there are insufficient funds available on deposit to cover such charges, the reservation will be canceled in its entirety with no refund due to the guest. In the event that payment is declined 3 times, the reservation will be canceled in full with no refund available to the guest.All reservations made under the payment plan are also subject to our terms and conditions of rental.
